Sussex East/West

Two beautiful 55+ communities -- Sussex East / Sussex West, along with our Administration Office, are located just off the Lewes-Georgetown Highway, on the west bound side of Route 9 approximately 3.5 miles west of Coastal Highway at Five Points.

Sussex East an inviting 55+ community nestled in the quiet country yet still close to the action! Sussex East boasts well maintained single and double wide manufactured homes in a secluded, welcoming neighborhood.

Sussex West invited their first home owners in 2001 and continues to grow, developing it’s third and final phase. Accessible from an entrance on Minos Conaway Road or through the conjoining Sussex East Community near the Administration Office. All homes are multi-sectional, manufactured homes with attached garages.

Sussex East and West residents enjoy shared amenities including a dog park, bocce ball court, horseshoe court and an indoor pool. Together they form the combined home owners association that hosts many activities from pot luck dinners to bingo and game day in our shared community building. All our residents also share in the outdoor pool and playground located at Colonial East Community on Route 1 near midway. A great place to call home!
