Directions

Colonial East Administrative Offices/Sussex West Community/Sussex East Community/Manor House

FROM NORTH (Philadelphia, Wilmington) 
•    Take DE Rt. 1 S to Rt  9 W. Stay on Rt. 9 W for approximately 1.5 miles, turn right (north side) at Sussex East sign. Follow road for Manor House, Communities & Offices. 

FROM SOUTH (Ocean City) 
•    Take DE Rt. 1 N to Rt. 9 W.  Continue by following above directions. 

FROM EAST (Cape May/Lewes ferry) 
•    Follow Rt. 9 W and after passing through five points, turn right (north side) at Sussex East sign. 

FROM WEST (Baltimore, D.C.,Annapolis) 
•    Take US-50 E to DE-404 E. Continue to follow DE-404/Seashore Hwy. At traffic circle, take 3rd exit to DE-404 E/Rt. 9 E for approximately 10 miles and turn left (north side) at Sussex East Sign. 

Bayside Homes/Storage Solutions/Colonial East Community

FROM NORTH (Philadelphia, Wilmington) 
• Take DE Rt.1 S to Midway shopping  center.  Bayside Homes etc. is located shortly south on the north  bound  side of Rt. 1 

FROM SOUTH (Ocean City) 
• ·Take DE Rt. 1 N past exit to Rehoboth Avenue, continue for 1 mile and Bayside Homes, etc. is located on the right. 

FROM EAST (Cape May/Lewes Ferry) 
• · Follow Rt. 9 W to five points and turn left onto DE Rt. 1 S to Midway shopping center.  Bayside Homes etc. is located shortly south on the north bound side of Rt. 1 

FROM WEST (Baltimore, D.C., Annapolis)
